Please be advised that prior to August 1st, some of our product listings featured items made from 100% cotton, which was our previous fabric standard.
Effective August 1st, we have upgraded our fabric selection. All new products are now made from a high-quality cotton blend material. This change is part of our continuous effort to enhance durability, comfort, and overall product performance.

Type A Pure Cotton Fabric: Small patterns use 95% cotton blend fabric with 3D white ink direct-to-garment printing, followed by heat transfer printing on the finished garment.Type B Polyester Blend Fabric: Large patterns use 90% polyester-cotton blend fabric with 3D digital printing, followed by full-garment heat transfer digital printing on the finished garment. (Note: Large prints cannot achieve the offset printing effect you envision, and offset printing cannot be used for custom designs. Full-garment printing is only possible on polyester-cotton blend fabrics. Pure cotton cannot be used for full-garment printing.)
Type C Pre-washed cotton fabric: Lower-priced options use 3D direct-to-garment heat transfer printing, while higher-priced options use 3D direct-to-garment offset printing.

Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders. Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days. Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery. Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery. If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.

1. As these items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns without cause. We only accept claims for quality issues. For quality concerns, please record a video and email it to us. We will respond to your inquiry and resolve the issue within 24 hours. What constitutes a quality issue: damage or deterioration.
2. If you are dissatisfied due to incorrect sizing, fabric, pattern, or other details, we only offer partial compensation for that specific item. If you insist on returning the item for a refund, since it is a custom product, you must cover the return shipping costs and ensure the garment is clean when returned to our warehouse. Upon inspection and confirmation, we will issue a full refund.
3. As a new factory seller, we may occasionally encounter issues with individual packages during sales, production, or shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases. Thank you for trusting our store. We offer coupons for new arrivals to buyers who demonstrate high integrity and tolerance. For malicious, overly critical buyers who initiate disputes without email communication or act impulsively, we will generally process their requests slowly. Serious cases may result in bank card blacklisting.

WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR/ADDRESS. CAN THE INFORMATION BE CHANGED?
If you need to change your order information, please contact us in time to check the status of your order. If your package has not been sent out, we can change the size, color or your personal information for you. Once the package has been sent out, you need to contact our customer service and we will contact the carrier to check whether the package information can be changed. CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@ComicsSoul.com with your order information. We will evaluate the issue, and if we agree that the problem is on our part, we will send you a new product for free. Please note that any damaged items after 30 days of delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost for sending the original product back. After receiving and checking the original product, we will send the item with new size out. If you are not sure about the size choice, you can send an email or private message to contact us for help.
4. CAN I CANCEL/MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck?
